Terms & Conditions :

• Cancellation Policy : The cancellation of journey will be informed before 48 hrs of your actual journey, 10% cancellation fee will be taken of your total journey fare.
• Refund Policy : The refund would be credited to the customer within seven (7) working days.
• In case of offline booking handover booking cash amount to vehicle driver
• Keep eye on your valuable assets during entering and exit from vehicle, We are not responsible for your valuable assets.
• No damage claim allowed during an accident
• If you have complaints regarding car, the driver contact office immediately after finishing tour complaints will not be entertained.
• Day calculated from 06:00 a.m. to 00:00 a.m. hrs
• Night Charges After 10:00 p.m. hrs charge will be Rs. 300
• Daily Driver allowance will be charge Rs. 300 Sedan , 300 SUV , 400 Innova Crysta
• Minimum average per day is 250 km
• Any extra days beyond 23:59 Pm will incur full running cost charges.
